A Super Lawyer When You Need One!
As I am sure you can imagine, the process of divorce is a confusing, life-altering, and extremely painful experience – especially when children are involved (I have two beautiful twin girls). When the dark clouds of divorce descended upon me, I was devastated and had to absorb not only the painful loss of my wife taking our children away, and the end of our marriage, but also of her callous and mean-spirited attorney, who had no interest in settling the case – which would have been best for all involved (especially our children) considering that I was with my wife for over 20 years. Having nowhere to turn, and with limited resources, I was fortunate to walk into the offices of Stu Grozbean, who informed me in great detail as to the divorce process, and what I needed to do to preserve my rights in remaining an integral part of my daughters’ lives. Great, No Nonsense, Legal Representation!
Mr. Grozbean is an extremely knowledgeable, personable, no nonsense lawyer. (He always introduces himself as Stu, by the way) He kept me involved in all decisions and, at all junctions, provided no nonsense explanations for my legal options. When working with Mr. Grozbean, you always feel that he cares not only about doing a good job but also about you. He follows up with you personally to ensure that everything was taken care of and that you’re OK. I always leave a discussion with Mr. Grozbean confident that I’ve received the best advice possible from a profession who really cares about his work and clients.
Mr. Grozbean clearly knows his way around the legal system and knows “everyone” as was obvious when we walked through the courthouse and he was greeted by admins, clerks and fellow lawyers! Excellent Attorney
I retained Stuart Grozbean to work out a child support modification, as I knew that my former spouse would be unwilling to cooperate with me. Mr. Grozbean went far beyond what the original attorneys who handled my divorce provided. The original attorneys I hired (13 years ago) for the original divorce proceeding did little more than cash my checks and file paperwork. Mr. Grozbean did much more. He was in constant communication with me about where negotiations stood, he was an excellent legal support system for me when I had questions about the modification process. I never felt that I was bothering him or taking up too much of his time when I contacted him.
While my wife and I were feeling stressed over the protracted modification process, Mr. Grozbean continually assured us that we were in good hands with him and his firm. His self-assuredness and extensive knowledge of family law gave us confidence that we were being represented fairly in the modification process.
I will absolutely recommend Mr. Grozbean to friends who are unfortunately going through a divorce situation.

Summation For A Great Barrister
Stuart H. Grozbean loves the law. He is the embodiment of an advocate for fairness and justice. My decision to seek a divorce was not a cavalier one. I recognized that there could be no “winners” in these matters. The duration of the initial call to Mr. Grozbean exceeded the advertised “free consultation” time frame. During the conversation, he repeatedly emphasized the importance of mediation versus adjudication or arbitration. He also recommended a mediator. I called again, seeking additional advice, which he provided without charge. Failing all attempts to persuade my spouse to attend a mediation session, I retained Mr. Grozbean. With few assets at stake and a recalcitrant spouse, Mr. Grozbean consistently provided excellent advice and counsel, and timely responses to requests for interrogatories and production of documents. His relationship with other members of the bar proved invaluable. If one finds the need for representation in a divorce action, he/she would be hard-pressed to find anyone better than Stuart H. Awesome
Mr. Grozbean is your man if you need assistance with a divorce case. He was very responsive, kept the pressure on and did not let up until we were complete. He was very responsive, he called me back with in 10-20 minutes from a call or e-mail, did not matter if it was a week day or week end. He was not interested in taking my money, rather he wanted to put the end to the divorce. I can not thank him enough. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Mr. Grozbean.
