A True Advocate

Stuart Grozbean was truly an advocate for me during my recent legal dispute. I appreciated his no-nonsense approach to addressing the issues and his willingness to explore numerous avenues for defending the case. Both he and his associate, Jamie Maier, made it a point to keep the dialogue open between the lawyer and client which I appreciated. Mr Grozbean and his superb team, including his associate Christopher Castellano, provided absolute superior representation for my divorce case. Although legal expenses for contested divorce cases can be expensive (as in any contested legal case), Mr Grozbean and his associates are most accomodating in trying to minimize unnecessary costs, especially if you are willing to do some of the time consuming leg work involved with obtaining and organizing the background information and numerous documents and records required in order to properly prepare your case. It is clear that Mr Grozbean has made knowledge of the law and best representation of his clients his life’s passion and the best interests of his client is always his only priority. Extremely Generous With His Time In The Free Consultation

I never retained Mr. Grozbean, but I am thinking that I should have and may switch ponies for part of my case if he is willing. He spoke to me initially at no charge and in no time flat he had the case understood and a clear strategy that I liked. Ultimately, I did not hire him because I was being a softy and didn’t want to pull out the big guns on my wife whom I was still somewhat hoping to reconcile with. All the while, she has had both daggers out on me. Lesson learned on that one. I talked to him a second time for free over the phone and was not even looking for as much time and advise as he gave me, but he kept talking. In that case, he actually suggested that I not use him because it would look bad me introducing him in a jurisdiction that was sort of a good-ole-boy/girl network that might not appreciate me bringing in this high powered guy to argue the case. I still would like his help in the custody part of my case which has been long, painful, dropped, and picked up again. He is an older man now, but don’t let that fool you at all. He has an amazing mind. I was truly amazed how he took a document that I sent, digested in a half hour before we met and totally had a strategy laid out from the moment I met him. For me, I have a hard time going with the ad hoc kind of approach. I like seeing the strategy more than some. He certainly seemed to have one.

Professional And Caring

I was referred to the office by a friend who turns out to be related to a partner and it was the best decision we could have made. My daughter was being held out of school by the school system becuase we didnt have an order in place although both parents consented on the child’s living arrangements. The brain trust of Stuart and Henry along with the others in the office filed a motion against the MOCO School Board and it took all of 30 seconds for the judge to award a favorable outcome. I have since received custody of my daughter and was able to receive some sound strategic adivice on that matter as well.
